7 Twitter Client Applications for Ubuntu Linux

Twitterfox is one of the extension of the Mozilla Firefox browser that can show your friends status updates and post your own status. If the extension is already installed on your Firefox browser, it will show small icons indicating the status of your friends.

6. Twitter Deskbar

Twitter is an application that integrates with GNOME Deskbar and you can instantly update your status directly from your desktop. To install this application you must install the widget for GNOME Deskbar.

7. Alert Thingy

Alert thingy is a FriendFeed client applications using Adobe AIR platform but can also be used to Twitter

Actually there are very many supporters of Twitter applications of this, but I just post the seven-course based on my experiences using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron.
