Apple’s mobile video editing application iMovie, officially can only run on the iPhone device 4, but someone has to hack to run the application on the iPhone device 3GS.

However, this is a trick how to hack iMovie application to run on devices 3GS iPhone, but why Apple’s iMovie application was only allowed to run only on Apple devices iPhone 4?

Apple may suggest that the iMovie application only to devices that have processors with high performance and is not owned by the iPhone 3GS ‘which has a slower CPU and memory that is too small compared to the iPhone 4 (256 MB vs. 512 MB on the iPhone 4)

Another explanation may be quite reasonable even though this might make Apple seem a bit “excessive” is, perhaps Apple’s iMovie and want to create iPhone applications seem to be exclusive with only 4 to immerse these applications on the Apple iPhone device 4 as an extra feature, but with a little simple hack is now the 3GS iphone users can enjoy the iMovie application without having to spend a large investment by buying the iPhone 4. Yay!
