n900 n800 maemo Opera Mobile for Maemo initially just for fun projectOpera Software recently announced the release of Opera Mobile for Nokia devices based on Maemo (Nokia N800/N810/N900). Just to remind again, that in the year 2005 issued a series of Nokia N770 with the Opera Mobile browser, but in the year 2008 Nokia stop using Opera Mobile and replace it with a browser made by Nokia itself.

What is interesting is Opera Mobile for Maemo is apparently not the official release of Opera Software, but the project “fun” some Opera employees who are interested in Maemo devices and do when they have spare time.

Nevertheless, the features possessed by this version of the same with Opera Mobile 10 for Symbian and Windows Mobile, even more complete because it includes practically about, Vega, and Presto 2.5. Since the first release, there are still some shortcomings such as the unavailability of support for Flash, not to support the on screen keyboard and some other congenital.

If interested, please download and install Opera Mobile 10 on Nokia devices that we use. But keep in mind that this application is not the official release of Opera that does not go through quality control as the other releases the Opera browser.
