Last week RIM BlackBerry officially introduced its latest series named Torch. By some analysis, a sliding touchscreen phone has not been able to speak a lot in the smart phone market.
By the analsis, assess if RIM’s BlackBerry has yet to become a trendsetter in the market for smart phones, and just be a follower in an increasingly competitive market.
The analysis exemplifies the touch screen capabilities, RIM continues to be a market follower. Torch 3.2-inch screen with a resolution of 360×480 pixels can not compare with the iPhone’s 3.5-inch screen has a resolution of 960×640 pixels.

One note Blackberry Torch improve the 624 MHZ processor and 512MB of flash memory and 4GB of external memory can be upgraded to 32GB with microSD / SDHD. But its competitors, the iPhone has four A4 1GHz processor and a choice of 16GB or 32GB memory.
