Recently, Google in protest because it includes Adolf Hitler Theme applications in the Android Marketplace App. Of the Altimeter Group analyst Michael Gartenberg reported a theme of Adolf Hitler for the Android operating system.


“I’m very disturbed how the theme appears in search results. Clearly this is designed to offend,” Gartenberg wrote in twitter account as reported by Engadget, Sunday (15/08/2010).

After getting the protests, Google immediately remove these applications from the Android Market. Gartenberg said he had received a reply from Google that states have removed Hitler’s Pro applications, and acknowledge that the application violated the Terms of Service (ToS) that exist in the Android Market.

Gartenberg, explained when he tried to find an application with the word ‘jewish’ yet, not found in any application. However, when she typed in the word ‘Hitler’ then there are some applications that come out like ‘Hitler Theme 2′, an application developed by Creature Apps. In addition, when you type the word ‘Nazi’ then what emerges is the same applications when seeking to use the word ‘Hitler’.

Google itself revealed that the application ‘Hitler Theme 2′ newly downloaded approximately 50 times. Many deplored the existence of the application, let alone made by developers classmate Creature Apps.

Apps Creature application developers, is known as application developers Pinup Girl 7 Theme, Theme: Legend of the Seeker, ‘Team Edward Twilight Theme, and Waldo Theme.
