Streaming service HBO films will be coming soon in the iPad. This means that users can watch movies iPad which aired on HBO in anywhere and anytime.
The news was reported by the vice president of HBO, Eric Kessler. He informed that the streaming service HBO films will be available for application by the name iPad Go HBO. Thus quoted from Mashable, Wednesday (18/08/2010).
HBO has the online broadcast rights to television shows such as’ True Blood ‘, as well as online broadcasting rights for films from Universal, Fox and Warner Bors like’ Jurassic Park ‘,’ Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ‘,’ Night at the Museum: Battle in the Smithsonian ‘, and’ The informant ‘. So maybe these movies will be aired exclusively on HBO Go.
Unfortunately, to watch those films, HBO did not give it for free. Users are required to pay a few dollars to subscribe to HBO show, just as you watch pay TV.
Earlier in existing iPad Netflix Watch. So far, Netflix paid millions of dollars for online broadcasting rights of the Epix and also the production of films from Paramount, Lions Gate Entertainment and MGM.
In addition to the iPad, Netflix Watch Applications can also be watched on TV, Blu-ray player, video game consoles. Predicted, the launch of HBO Go application programs may be able to compete with Netflix in the iPad.
