2010, Google’s Android will occupy the position of No.2

Google Android this year is predicted to be occupying the number two position in the market for mobile operating systems. This position will skip the OS belongs to Microsoft and Research In Motion (RIM).

“In 2014 Android will be a heavy competitor Nokia Symbian which has always occupied the top position in operating systems for years. In the Android will acquire approximately 30 percent of sales of mobile OS,” said Gartner research side, as quoted by Yahoo News, Sunday (09/12/2010).

More precisely, the Gartner information, Android will acquire approximately 29.6 per cent in the mobile OS market in 2014, while Symbian Nokia will be thin on top with 30.2 percent.
