Lenovo does not want to miss enliven the tablet PC market. World number four computer vendors from China is in final stages of developing a tablet hybrid that can be converted into a laptop.

The presence of these tablets Lenovo had announced earlier this year, but not immediately released. But the Lenovo tablet is now supposedly going to be launched in China in December.

Is this why the tablet project could disappear? Apparently Lenovo changing to a new operating system. If initially be embedded OS Windows 7, Lenovo finally chose the Android.

However, as quoted from Electronista Twitteling, Monday (09/20/2010), there are differences from original plan where the tablet was offered in a single hybrid unit. Lenovo will be marketed separately.

First of all, only to be released tablet LePad Lenovo in December. Then the pair U1 dock sold in January, allowing the tablet LePad ‘transformed’ into the notebook when paired with one another.

Unfortunately not yet released the official specs, this hybrid tablet. Speculation mentioning, among other LePad tablets will be provided an ARM processor, 10 inch screen, 512MB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. While the dock U1 reportedly has its own specifications.

If properly launched as planned, this new Lenovo tablet will deal directly with Apple iPad. As is known, iPad Affairs recently launched in the Bamboo Curtain and got positive response.
