Mozilla continues to work hard in order to refine their latest Firefox browser, Firefox 4. They hope before the end of 2010, the tool can be completed this browser was released.

“Completing this job is taking longer than expected earlier. You indicate and track the regression and the source of instability,” wrote Mike Beltzner Mozilla product manager in an official blog posting, quoted by TG Daily, Friday.

Users who are involved in the process of Firefox 4 beta will continue to assist with the evolution of the development process until the end of the year.


This browser has been made in the beta for several weeks and was attended by six different beta release, but there are problems reported while integrating several legacy technologies Firefox from the current version.

Firefox struggling to maintain its status as the main alternative other than Internet Explorer, their positions are also increasingly threatened by the growing popularity of Google’s own browser called Chrome. Latest figures put Firefox with the gain as much as 23 percent market share in the use of browsers in the U.S.

“This is a major process of revision when the internet browser experience. Hopefully Mozilla will be able to survive to fulfill the promises can deliver the latest Firefox 4, 2011,” said Beltzner.
