Glad to share photos through Facebook but collided with the limited resolution of the images? Calm down, now the Facebooker can upload images with higher resolution on the social networking site.
Images posted are lower resolution than what comes out of the camera, but it can be said better than ever. As quoted by Twitteling from USA Today, Saturday (02/10/2010), when previously only able to load photos up 720 pixel resolution, now can load photos up to 2048 pixels or an image with a capacity of 600 KB.
“Higher resolution images become one of the highest demand of Facebooker,” said Sam Odio, as Product Manager at Facebook.
Originally, Facebook was reluctant to make changes because of the many photos received each day more than 100 million times the upload. “We talk about the total amount of photo storage space,” he added.
Still according to Odio, Facebook also will introduce a new photo appearance. Facebooker will be able to view the images on the page without leaving the “Batch” marker of other new features. Facebooker is also no need to laboriously to tag friends one by one in each photo, simply by marking them with one click in the display photo album then all will live was tagged.
