
Biometric identification using fingerprints is expected to be replaced ears in the future. Ear claimed to have a special uniqueness.
According to researchers of University of Southamptons School of Electronics and Computer Science, Alastair Cummings, Mark Nixon and John Carter, revealed the fact the ear is part of the human body that experienced relatively little change over the span of human life.
“Later, this ear biometrics will record and measure the ear of a variety of positions,” explained Alastair Cummings, as quoted by the net-security.
Fingerprint or eye scan is still considered a weakness. Therefore, a fingerprint scan will be more rarely used.
