BlackBerry Podcast applications running on the Playbook

To complete the entertainment Playbook on BlackBerry devices, RIM has worked with 7Digital Music Store and it has now emerged also a podcast application. RIM said that the application of this Podcast will be present in a pre-installed on BlackBerry devices Playbook and through this application will allow users to search and find podcast content.

The BlackBerry Playbook device users will be able to get podcast content with easily by doing a search through the existing 19 categories including sports, entertainment, business and others.

The existing features of the BlackBerry Podcasts are:

• High Fidelity Viewing – where the view will have a high definition video format to 1080p.
• Delivery – users who subscribe will be able to receive content automatically
• Preferences – Users can set whatever content you want to view and filter and select content Based on specific episodes.

RIM will showcase applications BlackBerry Podcast at SXSW event, and this is very interesting because Playbook will contain the content of movies and music entertainment.
