Participatory Culture Foundation (PCF) has recently launched Miro 4, the latest version of the desktop, open-source media player that enables users to manage their music collections, including the iTunes library, videos, playlists, and applications in one place and synchronize digital library with Android devices. They say this software is a desktop media player, open-source the best available in the market today.

“Android is now beyond the iPhone market, but most people still use iTunes on their desktop. Desktop player has lost component to manage the media on Android devices. And the Miro 4 is here to fix this problem, “said Dave Glassco, president of the PCF.

“Miro 4 is a great product from the PCF,” said John Lilly, PCF board member and former CEO of Mozilla. Miro 4 offers an elegant user interface design and user-friendly.
