As preliminary information, it is mentioned that iOS 5 will be fully integrated with service iCloud. You will also be able to see the multitasking system that experienced a complete overhaul. There are also new notification system, as has been twitteling say a few days ago.

After completion of the WWDC 2011 Apple will provide iOS 5 to the developers. As usual, this is to provide opportunities for developers to test their applications with iOS 5. Feedback and the possibility of bugs would be a means for Apple to fix the iOS 5 before eventually release to the public.
