Tumblr for BlackBerry Launched

The bloggers are now getting easier to update their blogs using Blackberry. After launching the application WordPress, WordPress for BlackBerry, last month, now Tumblr issued similar applications.

This application will make a Tumblr account owner can insert photos, videos, sounds, links, and text directly from his Blackberry device. This application is made by the previous Mobelux also makes Tumblr for smart mobile phone, the iPhone.

Tumblr for BlackBerry can be downloaded directly from the site Tumblr. However, this application was not running smoothly in the Blackberry Storm 2. The fix can be found at the developer’s blog Mobelux, Jason Emerick.

Page Mashable reported that this application supports a variety of posts, post design store, and a number of options on the publications, including the option to send the post to Twitter. Users also can take pictures that are stored in the Blackberry.

In addition, this application can be used to upload long videos or instantly record a new video to upload. An hour after the launch on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, Blackberry Tumblr application has been downloaded more than 25 thousand of times.
