Nokia is available at the Windows Phone 7 Others Smartphone?

When Nokia releases first Windows Phone 7 smartphone at the end of the year, it is believed that the product will run WP7 with customization application from Nokia. Interestingly, Nokia said that the application not only be used on Nokia smartphones WP7, but also WP7 smartphones from other manufacturers.

If that were true then all the applications made by Nokia for smartphone WP7 hers will be accessible by users other WP7 well-made HTC, Samsung, LG or other OEM. Quite unique indeed, but it seems it is likely to occur in line with what was said by the senior vice president of Developer and the Marketplace, “each application will be available in all Nokia phones.”

The next question, if the user can get the Nokia in a non-Nokia mobile phone, do you still need to buy Nokia WP7?.
