Farmville will be there in the iPhone, Android and SMS?

Zynga, producer behind the popular Facebook games like World Cafe Farmville or, apparently were preparing to explore the realm of mobile. The targets included the iPhone, iPad, Android and even games based on SMS.

Zynga indication of moving towards mobile gadgets revealed by the registration number of domain names. As quoted Twitteling from Joystiq, Tuesday (20/4/2010), some domain names are already registered by Zynga is: Farmvilleandroid.com, Farmvilleipad.com, Farmvilleiphone.com, and Farmvillesms.com.

Domain names with the words Android, the iPhone clearly indicates the iPad or gadget-gadgets that are on the rise. Recently many game developers are so eager to sell their games on Android and gadgets-gadget beginning with ‘i’ from Apple.

Domains are a bit weird is Farmvillesms.com. Does SMS through any mobile phone can then be used to manage a virtual farm? Or, perhaps, SMS can be used to buy virtual cattle on his fellow farmers? Dunno.

Then, what about Zynga said these domains? “Zynga plans to expand coverage to the various mobile platforms, but unfortunately for now we can not provide additional information,” said an official statement to Joystiq Zynga.
