Michael Dell said that Dell’s Mini 5 Streak Andorid tablet device (Mobile Internet Device / MID) will be coming in the AT & T’s network this summer in the Citrix Synergy Conference.
Dell Mini 5 also known as Dell Streak has a 5-inch touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, the camera is facing forward, 3.55mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity and is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor 1GHz.
Dell Mini 5 Streak will run the latest version of Google’s Android operating system, versions 2.0 or higher. But these devices will not only be a data device, but Dell hopes to offer the option of a SIM card so that users can make phone calls through this device. Currently there is no information about the price of the Dell Mini 5.
Dell Mini 5 Streak crammed with touch screen WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) and supports multi-touch. Dell Mini 5 is a suite of devices that combine entertainment, communication and productivity software, and Adobe Flash player. The five Streak Delll Mini can access the virtual desktop items desktop with Citrix Systems.
“It will be available starting next month, first with our partners in 2002 Telefonica in Europe, later this summer with our partners in the United States is good enough, AT & T,” Dell said.
