Puzzle tablet computer made by Google, slowly began to unfold. Apparently, Google took home the largest U.S. telecom operator Verizon, to make a tablet computer that will become competitors iPad.
To the Wall Street Journal, Verizon chief executive Lowell McAdam said that they worked with Google to be able to offset the large U.S. operators of other steps, AT & T, which has been working with Apple to market the iPad.
In addition, AT & T is the operator of the market’s e-reader Amazon Kindle.
“We were working on the tablet computer with other parties. For example, we want to show what has been Google’s archive on the internet, so can be run on a tablet to get a memorable experience,” said McAdam.
Previously, Verizon Wireless also aggressively promoting the Android based phones, Motorola Droid. However, McAdam declined to elaborate when it launched the tablet. He is also not ready to reveal who the original electronic manufacturer (OEM) that will make this tablet.
However, before Google claimed to have been working with a particular hardware manufacturer and one of the operators, to gush lightweight computer that will run software made by Google. Rumor says, HTC was going to be a vendor manufacturing.
Verizon’s network uses CDMA technology is a bit difficult for vendors to set up this tablet. However, McAdam promising that this tablet will be ready to be announced early next year. Verizon also promised that the video file transfer speed is faster for these tablets.
