When this feature is enabled, the built-in voice on the operating system will read out the name of the icon or any text that is touched. If you put your finger on the screen, then a female voice will be heard and say what you touch, such as an application or menu item.
This method can certainly make it easier for users to find the applications they need without having to see the phone screen. After finding a searchable, users can easily lift a finger and do a single tap on the icon to access it. Scroll up and down only need two fingers.
