Apple soon prepare iMac Touch?

The United States Patent and Trademark Office on Thursday issued a new patent application from Apple that contains about a desktop computer (iMac possibility) equipped with a touchscreen display screen. Dell, HP and other companies are already introducing all-in-one PC equipped with a touchscreen, but the discovery of this Apple will probably make some applications more intuitive.

According to reports Patently Apple, the latest patent describes a series of hybrid knob and slider control that can be used in a music application, especially for controlling the input level. “Augmentation visual display outline can participate and/or fill region (eg fill color or pattern) around the element of knob, display the text label for the minimum and maximum values??, and displays a slider element with the element of knob. Slider element also includes a fill bar to indicate the value of the control knob at the moment.”

An iMac is equipped with a touchscreen device which clearly could be valuable for artists, musicians, engineers and architects who need to interact with their creations with a touch instead of a mouse and pointer, but they clearly need a much larger display than the display of existing the iPad is not it?
