Seagate announced its new product in the form of an external hard drive that claimed the world’s thinnest. Named GoFlex Slim, thickness of just 9mm only.

When compared with the iPad 2, this hard drive is 0.2 mm thinner. Capacity of 320GB, Go Flex Slim 38% thinner than previous versions.

But with the body as thin as that, GoFlex Slim equipped with the latest technologies as well as USB 3.0 7200RPM to speed up the process of data transfer. Fujitsu Lifebook MH330 become the first netbook from Fujitsu that uses the operating system MeeGo. This device uses Intel’s Atom processor basis.

“MeeGo become part of Fujitsu and Intel’s joint efforts for the netbook industry to take a big step forward,” said Lim Teck Sin, VP Engineering & Product Marketing, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific in a statement received by twitteling.
